Q: Does attorney general have the right to vote ?

Ans: Attorney General is considered the highest law officer of the country .

Attorney General does not have the right to vote but he has the right to speak in either house of the Parliament.  

Attorney General is mentioned under Article 76 of Indian Constitution.
